They’re back: Today’s Fridays for Future strike — the first in 18 months — will see youth activists taking to the streets again to push progress on solutions to climate change.
Here’s what you can do to raise awareness and seek solutions where you are.
GSS enters “refinement” phase

Global Student Square, Stanford John S. Knight Fellow Beatrice Motamedi’s fellowship project, entered its refinement phase today with the publication of Motamedi’s second Journalism Challenge post.
“It’s exciting to be building for real and working with students who are eloquent in their desire for news that is intelligent, informative and meaningful,” Motamedi said.
Motamedi’s fellowship project has three phases: Exploration, refinement and result — all part of a yearlong process guided by design thinking and iteration to build a network of student journalists and journalism educators.
“One of my students came up with a great slogan for what we want to do: ‘Show the world our world,'” Motamedi said. “I’ll be keeping that very much in mind now and during the third phase of our JSK year.”
